Please review the following policies before confirming your wedding floral order.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and confirm your order.

The remaining balance is due four (4)weeks before the wedding date.

Orders palced within four weeks of the wedding date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Changes to Your order

We understand that wedding plans may change.

Minor changes may be made up to four(4) weeks before the wedding, subject to flower and product availability.

Major design changes may require an additinal consultation fee and may affect the fianl price.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The initial 50% deposite is non-refundable, as your wedding date is reserved and planning begins once your booking is confirmed.

If Bethel Flower is unable to provide the agreed services due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, payments for services not provided will be refunded.

Flowers, Balloons & Substitutions

Flowers, greenery, balloons, colors, and decorative materials are subject to seasonal and market availability.

If a requested flower, balloon color, or decorative item becomes unavailable, Bethel Flower may substitute a flower of similar style, color, quality, and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your design.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and setup fees are determined by the wedding location, order size, setup requirements, and delivery schedule.

Additional fees may apply for difficult parking, stairs, multiple locations, venue restrictions, or extended setup time.

Takedown & Pickup

Takedown and pickup of rental items are charged separately unless included in your package or proposal.

The event venue must allow Bethel Flower reasonable access at the agreed pickup time.

Additional fees may apply for delayed access, extended waiting time, or pickup outside the originally agreed schedule.

Rental Items

Vases, stands, arches, pedestals, backdrops, and other designated rental items remain the property of Bethel Flower.

A refundable security deposit of $100-$300 may be required depending on the type and value of the rental items.

Customers are responsible for rental items from the time installation is completed until they are picked up by Bethel Flower.

Please do not move, disassemble, remove, or relocate rental equipment withour prior approval.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Normal wear and tear will not be charged.

Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, or loss.

Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the security deposit, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.

Outdoor Events

Fowers and balloons are sensitive to weather conditions, including heat, direct sunlight, rain, and wind.

For outdoor events, Bethel Flower will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and beautiful installation. However, we cannot quarantee the condition or longevity of flowers, balloons, or decotations affedted by weather or environmental conditional after installation.

For safety reasons, Bethel Flower may modify or decline an installation if conditions make the setup unsafe.

By confirming your order and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies above.
