Return Policy
Flowers are very gentle product, therefore it is not subject to return or exchange as even in 2 hours flowers may look not the same as when sold or delivered.
Why Policies Are Strict : Flowers are delicate and perishable; once accepted, the responsibility shifts to the recipient to care for them, making post-delivery issues hard to verify.
● Time Limit: Contact within 2 hours of delivery for quality concerns.
● Proof Required: Clear photos of damaged or incorrect items. Give your order number and explain the issue (e.g., damaged, wrong flowers).
● Quality-Based: Returns/refunds for wrong flowers, size, or poor condition, not "not liking" them.
● Resolution: Typically a replacement or store credit. Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take 3 - 10 business days.
Wedding Policy and Contract
Thank you so much for choosing us for your wedding floral arrangements. It truly means a lot to us to be part of such a special day. Our goal is to create flowers that feel beautiful, meaningful, and perfectly tailored to your vision. We will work closely with you every step of the way to bring your ideas to life.
A 50% deposit is required at the time your order is confirmed and the contract is signed.
The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks prior to the wedding delivery date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If the event is canceled 60 days prior to the event date, 25% of the initial 50% deposit will be refunded.
If the event is canceled 30 days or less prior to the event date, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as flowers and materials will already be reserved or ordered.
Flower Substitutions:
While we do our very best to source the specific flower varieties requested, market availability and seasonal conditions may occasionally require substitutions. In such cases, Fancy Florals by Nancy reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value, always maintaining the overall look, color palette, and style of your design.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the unlikely event of fire, natural disaster (including hurricanes affecting flower imports), tragedy, or other emergencies beyond our control, our liability will be limited to a full refund of all payments made.
Photography Permission:
I grant Fancy Florals by Nancy permission to photograph floral designs, installations, and related settings, which may include me or my property. These images may be used, with or without my name, for lawful purposes such as portfolio display, marketing, advertising, and website or social media content.
Rental Items:
All rental items are kindly requested to be returned clean and in good condition on the first business day following the event. Any items that are lost or damaged may be subject to replacement charges. To cover these costs, a valid credit card may be kept on file, or a deposit may be collected and fully refunded once all items are returned in good condition.
